Product description

Natural thermally conductive graphite sheet is a new thermally conductive and heat dissipating material with a unique grain orientation, uniform heat conduction in two directions, and a lamellar structure that can adapt well to any surface, shielding heat sources and components while improving the performance of consumer electronic products. The product not only dissipates heat evenly, but also provides thermal isolation in terms of thickness.

Features and advantages

Low thermal resistance, soft and easy to cut (can be bent repeatedly)

Ultra-thin: Thickness (0.02-1.5mm)

Light weight: 1.0-1.9 g/cm3 (density is equivalent to 1/4 to 1/10 of copper, 1/1.3 to 1/3 of aluminum)

The surface can be combined with other materials such as metal, plastic, stickers, etc. to meet more design functions and needs.

Excellent thermal conductivity: thermal conductivity is as high as 300-1500 w/(mk) (equivalent to 2 to 4 times that of copper and 3 to 6 times that of aluminum), thermal resistance is 40% lower than aluminum and 20% lower than copper

Application
The heat dissipation of natural thermal conductive graphite sheet is actually a typical thermal management system composed of an external cooling device, a heat sink and a thermal section. The thermal conductive graphite sheet actually effectively transfers heat by evenly distributing the heat in a two-dimensional plane, thereby ensuring that the components work at the temperature they are subjected to.
