Product description

Artificial thermally conductive graphite sheet , also known as synthetic graphite sheet , is a new type of heat dissipation material. It adopts advanced carbonization and graphitization technology and is sintered at a high temperature of 3000℃ to produce a thermally conductive film with a unique lattice orientation. The applicable temperature range is -40~400℃ in an inert environment. It mainly dissipates heat evenly in the vertical and horizontal directions, and the lamellar structure can adapt well to any surface. It shields heat sources and components while improving the performance of consumer electronic products. The product dissipates heat evenly while also providing thermal isolation in terms of thickness.

Features and advantages

The material is thin, suitable for products with thin products and small gaps;

High temperature resistance, high strength, and stable chemical properties;

Application
Artificial heat-conducting graphite sheet heat dissipation is actually a typical thermal management system composed of an external cooling device, a heat sink and a thermal section. The thermally conductive graphite sheet actually effectively transfers heat by evenly distributing the heat in a two-dimensional plane, converting point heat sources into surface heat sources, thereby ensuring that the components work at the temperature they are subjected to.
