2K Thermal Gel Gap Filler

TCG two-component thermal conductive gel is a preformed soft product with low hardness. The thermal conductive gel inherits the advantages of silica gel, such as good affinity, good weather resistance, high and low temperature resistance and good insulation, and has strong plasticity, which can meet the filling of uneven interfaces and heat transfer requirements in various applications. The product can meet the requirements of low stress and high pressure modulus when in use, and can realize automatic production; When assembled with electronic products, it has good contact, showing low contact thermal resistance and good electrical insulation characteristics. The cured thermal grease is equivalent to a heat conductive gasket, and has good high temperature resistance and aging resistance. 


Two-component thermally conductive silicone gel is a highly thermally conductive two-component flexible silicone. The product is mixed 1:1 when used, can be cured at room temperature, and can also be cured by heating without any gas release. It is often used to fill the gap between heating components. After curing, it eliminates the assembly tolerance of the device. At the same time, because it is vulcanized after dispensing assembly, it effectively reduces the stress damage to the components. The automatic dispensing design improves work efficiency and can realize automated assembly and highly adaptable thermal conductive materials.
