TC240 alumina thermal conductive ceramic sheet is made of high-purity selected raw materials according to special technology. It has a high thermal conductivity of 24W/m.k. The surface is flat and smooth. When used with silicone grease, it can effectively reduce the contact thermal resistance. It has high strength and is not easy to break. It is resistant to high temperature and high pressure, has high insulation strength, is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, and is durable.
